I was having a Google Business Profile issue, and called Webfor for help. I needed the issue straightened out ASAP, and they were able to help me right away with a straightforward set of actions that fixed the issue and get our business visible to our customers again. My company enjoyed top ranking on Google with a CA firm for many years, but as Google changed and evolved my rankings declined. I needed to find a firm that was going to be constantly changing and evolving along with Google. I was pretty desperate for a solution when I found Webfor. They gave me no promises for instant success and said it would take time (I appreciated the honesty). The proposal they gave me was only slightly higher than what I was paying at the other firm so I was happy with the price. It has been almost a year and I have number 1 ranking under my key term and other terms have also seen great improvement. I also have them manage my ad words account and they have done a great job making some cost saving changes to it. I also have them doing a redesign of my website which will launch this week. A got one other bid but only as an exercise because at this point I would not trust my web presence with anyone else. I meet with my rep in person once a month to review our progress. I know some will see this as an advantage. I don't know if it matters, but I like keeping my money local. I am currently experiencing a problem with my Google places listing. This is normally something that would have caused me great stress, but now I don't have to even worry about because I know they are on top of it.
