I deeply regret doing business with them. I needed a good digital marketing team to help start my business. After speaking with the sales rep, I agreed to pay $20,000 for a website. 2 promises were made. A good website with strong SEO. Adequate training to make adjustments and maintain the site. 8 months later I have 1. A broken website with no SEO and the only aid I get is people telling me to pay them monthly money to fix it. I am so disappointed. I really wanted them to work out as I have no time to do this part of the business myself. But now I am 20k poorer and building my own website from scratch. What they do is use very customer-unfriendly plugins to build your site. Now only they have paid licenses to these plugins, so as soon as an update comes along, which it does every couple of days in this world, you by yourself cannot update it. This is all an attempt to get you locked into their maintenance program. They say to begin with that the maintenance program is recommended and not required. It's definitely required. Now in an attempt not to be blackmailed into paying them monthly, I paid for the plugins (more money out the window) and updated them. Then they told me I BROKE THE WEBSITE, which wasn't working anyway because I didn't research the plugins. If only they had a training program that taught me anything. oh well. SEO. I have no idea where my on-page SEO is. Forget off-page SEO. Anyone with any scrap of knowledge knows it's not hard to put some basics on-page SEO into a website. But once again they want to lock you in for another $300 a month. Maybe they would do it then? I really don't know. Over promise and underdeliver is the motto for this company This company might do good work for you if you are a big business with an unlimited monthly budget. I don't operate that way so I will never know. My recommendation is to spend $10 on a course to teach you how to build a WordPress course. Get it hosted by anyone else. This will cost you roughly $5 a month. And you will be in charge of your destiny, not tied to a monster than needs your whole marketing budget just to feed it each month.
