I would just like to say that my experience with Liz has been extremely outstanding although there is a nice bunch of people that work at Town Square they really could take a lesson from Liz and professionalism due diligence and especially being a great listener and paying attention to detail. Liz is an excellent Problem Solver and as a business owner I respect that. Although I have not been greatly satisfied with the results of my campaign Liz has no reflection to that she is doing her best 110% to get us better notice on Google and I appreciate her effort.

We switched to Townsquare a month ago and have had an amazing experience with them! The customer service is absolutely incredible. They know exactly what they’re doing and are able to explain so I understand as well. Everyone that I have spoken with has been top notch, very helpful, and explains everything that is happening. There are no surprises as they run everything by you to make sure they get it right! If changes to the site need to be made, they are a phone call, text, or email away from changing it in real time which to me is a game changer! Rachael, Wallace, Austin, and everyone else I’ve dealt with are the DREAM TEAM!! Thank you Townsquare!

If you like empty promises and a company where you have to tell them what to do to your website to improve your rankings then you found the right one. Over 8 Months with these guys, lead to nothing but poor excuses and no improvement at all. In fact we ranked higher before coming on board with them then when we decided to switch. One of the reps told me on the phone, best way for me to get jobs is to go to my local chamber of commerce and establish a relationship with them? All in all not a company I would recommend at all.

EXCELLENT, TIRELESS ... We recently hit a small snag with one of our mass communication accounts, and the indefatigable Ms. Porshe from Townsquare went above and beyond to get everything back on track. She worked tirelessly for weeks—handling inquiries, responding to document requests, and advocating for us every step of the way. Her professionalism, persistence, and genuine care truly stood out. Thanks to her dedication, what could have been a major disruption turned into just a brief hiccup. We’re very grateful for the exceptional service and support from Ms. Porshe and the entire Townsquare team! Thanks !!!
