We cannot recommend TGW studio and their team enough. We reached out to them back in January 2024 with a pretty urgent request to help us restructure and update our website, as we were suddenly faced with some pretty existential errors. They were able to support us very swiftly and with such care and insight. The process of collaborating with them was very smooth and welcoming. We were in the best of hands. Thank you for all the work you do and especially with what integrity you carry your mission!

We worked with TGW for our new Greater Rochester Health Foundation website. Our old website was super outdated and didn’t really convey easily what it is we do, and how and why we do what we do. On a tight timeline, through holidays, and working remotely, they built our new website efficiently and met with us regularly to touch base. What I appreciate most about TGW is the mission alignment we have with them, and the fact that they have worked with so many of our grantees. I feel like they took the time to get to know us well, understand our audiences and very specific requests regarding the both the artistic design and structure of our new site.

We started working with TGW Studio on all digital marketing and graphic design in 2016 as Sustainable Energy Developments, Inc. We saw an immediate impact in our digital presence, more than doubling the amount of digital leads coming through our door and a massive increase in awareness of not only who we were, but also in the general education of solar energy. We started to become a household name and maintained that presence through two brand changes in two years - which Lisa, Gavin, and team led us through seamlessly. In 2017 we were named Rochester's Fastest Growing Company and feel that TGW played a huge part in that success. In 2018 we went through a full re-brand to GreenSpark Solar, the process was fun, educational, eye opening, and successful. GreenSpark Solar - we not only maintained our web presence, but even increased it during the transition. GreenSpark Solar would not be who they are today without TGW Studio - Lisa, Gavin, Emma, Shelly, Courtney - we Thank You and highly recommend you for your marketing expertise, but also recognize what you do locally to promote social and economic justice for under-served and under-represented communities and individuals. Rochester is lucky to have this organization, and we're glad we met when we did!

I had the pleasure of working with TGW Studio through my work with local non-profit OWN Rochester. I learned of TGW through a friend, and heard they were a B-Corp, short for benefit corporation. As a B-Corp TGW has a mission to improve the Rochester community and the environment through their work, and will consider some pro-bono work for non-profits that have an aligned mission. OWN Rochester and its subsidiaries have a mission to create jobs for residents of high poverty neighborhoods of Rochester and foster wealth building opportunities as worker-coop companies. I was able to submit a proposal for TGW to do pro-bono logo design for OWN Rochester's first subsidiary ENEROC, which does LED lighting and solar panel installation. The TGW staff did a great job with the logo, which is iconic, and asked really good questions upfront to make sure we got what we wanted. We will likely be coming back to TGW in the future, and this time we will have budget to pay them!
