Update: This company is a scam. We paid over $1500 but did not get a single conversion. We hired them for a short contract - 6 months and clearly communicated over phone and email that we no longer wish to continue after that contract. A year later , thats right one year later, they started charging us monthly. They are such a scam and untrustworthy. Not sure how they are even doing business. Update: Here is the invoice number: 23096348-5 and 3 to prove this is not a fake review. You guys are harassing us constantly for money.

Scam company. I’ve been trying to cancel my ad campaign with them for 6 months. Even when they acknowledge my cancellation in writing, they keep charging my credit card and I have to keep filing disputes and wait weeks before they refund me. I’d initially removed the review when Rhett and Brendon promised me they’ll take care of it, two weeks ago, hoping they’d be the men of their word. They pretended to try! I’ve wasted more time on this than it’s worth. Now I’m just worried they’ll charge me again and will be changing my credit card number soon. Soooo much trouble for an ad campaign that only costed me money with 0 return in investment. I’ll remove my review this time only after I get both months reimbursed.

This is a Scam! They sell you time on a kiosk which is not visible to shopping center clients entering or exiting the store. The shopping center clients haves to go in search of sanitizing wipes to even find the kiosk. Then the adds cycle for 10 or 20 seconds followed by 90 seconds of Terraboost Media adds for the Kiosk. On 3 of our 4 kiosks, they never even loaded our adds. We charged this back with our bank and reported them as fraudsters. BEWARE!

SCAM! We were never delivered what we were promised and the add was NON EXISTANT! Gave them a change to fix it multiple times and still did not while continuing to charge our card!! FRAUDD!! I wish I Could give 0 stars. Giving them my business is worst thing I have ever done.

I was a little nervous when it came time to put my ad together. I had not done ad design in the past and was hoping to get some guidance. Theresa Buck took the reins and put together an amazing ad. She was very responsive to calls and emails and made changes immediately. She never made me feel like I was asking for too much and she was always enthusiastic about the changes. She had great ideas and it was obvious she knew what she was doing. I really appreciated her patience and her ease to work with. Thank you Theresa Buck
