Knowmad made the process of updating our website smooth and easy with clear goals and deadlines. There was never one point during the process that was overwhelming. What amazed me the most was the time they took at the beginning (and throughout) to really get to know us as people and as a company to align a great marketing strategy. I got off a call the other day and realized I had used a lot of key words and phrases that Dan went over with us. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Knowmad to see what else they can help us with when it comes to online marketing.

Our team was at a crossroads in regards to web hosting and social media development. We were referred to Knowmad by the engineering community for a consultation, and we are grateful for that referral. William McKee and his team at Knowmad were kind enough to review our websites and social media accounts, and provided us a consultation at no charge to overview the situation and discuss options. My impression of Knowmad was positive. The staff was professional, and appeared to be very knowledgeable about the intricacies of this space. We have always had a great experience with Knowmad. They do a really good job of setting accurate expectations up-front about performance and cost. There is a lot of smoke-and-mirrors in the online advertising space, but Knowmad actually delivered. I highly recommend them!
