During our recent Strategy Session, Jennifer helped me step back and figure out a way to continue serving young professionals, the audience I'm most passionate about, while doing so in a way that is scaled back and, frankly, more enjoyable. This has allowed me to drastically consolidate our services for young people to be able to focus significantly more on our core services helping organizations set up and run impactful internship programs which, by extension, serves young people. Over the past five years, Jen has not only been a trusted consultant but a true friend and supporter of our mission. Her expertise in marketing, advertising, and community engagement is unmatched — she brings thoughtful strategy, creative vision, and genuine heart into every project. Most recently, Jen personally took on the task of designing a flier for our Worcester Renaissance Market at Rockland Trust Plaza. While she could have easily delegated it to her team, she chose to handle it herself. She matched our brand colors perfectly, captured our theme, and even made time on the weekend to finalize the design — with grace, professionalism, and no complaints. Thanks to her help, we’re now seeing more vendor applications than ever before, and we’re proudly displaying her flyer on social media and will be made into yard signs for our location at 45 Green St. What’s more, Jen has gone above and beyond just design.
