I just wanted to reach out and express how much we love and appreciate working with our National Client Success Manager. I oversee some of the toughest clients and our National Client Success Manager has been an integral component to drive lead generation to each of my assets all while making the process seamless and feel effortless. I cannot tell you enough how much I appreciate our National Client Success Manager jumping in and doing quick fixes, fast reporting and just dredging through the mud on calls with me when particularly tough clients are putting both of us through the ringer. Our National Client Success Manager is so knowledgeable and always jumping in with suggestions to increase productivity. I never have to ask for anything more than once and she truly is a team player going above and beyond. I had to make sure I shared these kudos and make sure its known how much we appreciate our National Client Success Manager and how she really makes our job easier sometimes.
